SETTING AND ADJUSTING PRICE OF PLAY

SETTING PRICE OF PLAY

The price of play (PoP) is completely flexible. We can work with you to establish a PoP that is the perfect balance of being attractive to customers and ensuring good profits

With contactless payments, customers aren't required to carry loose change, so a game price of £1.75 is as practical as £1.50 - all it takes is a tap on a phone or contactless card

ADJUSTING PRICE OF PLAY

We can adjust the PoP remotely, usually within 24hrs of a written request. This means you can maximise your profit generation by reducing prices over quiet periods to ensure attraction (eg: summer holidays for a table in a  Student Union) or increasing prices if you can be certain of increased customer interest in playing (eg: a pub in Edinburgh during the Fringe Festival)

We do, however, recommend that prices are as stable as possible to avoid customer dissatisfaction. Incremental increases over time, in line with inflation or localised trends, are generally accepted and can be an excellent way of achieving marginal gains in your income
